What is the $18.88? How does it work?

That’s our Stay Tan and Save Club membership! It works like a Netflix membership—it starts as low as $18.88 a month for unlimited tanning. You join today and then it's easy automatic payments by debit or credit card and you can use your membership at any of our locations. But we offer many other options so the best thing to do would be to come in and try us out, so that we can find the perfect plan to accommodate you!

How do I cancel my membership?

We hope you have enjoyed our services. After their commitment period expires most customers freeze their membership and it is ready for them whenever they want to start back again…you don’t have to fool with the paperwork to sign up again. If you want to end your membership, just cancel at the store before the 15th of the month. When you do that you will receive a copy of the cancellation your records.

Can I cancel by phone or e-mail?

All cancellations need to be done in person so that we can provide you a receipt as proof that you have cancelled your membership.

Can I put my membership on hold?

All Club Memberships come with a convenient freeze option. Once your monthly agreement has been met, simply visit the nearest location to freeze your EZ Pay Club Membership! Most clients freeze their membership; it’s just $3 per month. If you choose to freeze your account you will have no enrollment due at restart of your membership!

When is the last day to cancel my EZ Pay Club Membership?

Once your monthly agreement has been met, you can cancel your membership any time before the 15th of the month. Be sure to make any changes to your membership prior to the 15th of every month in order for the changes to take effect for the following month.

What other benefits are included with the Distinctive Tan Club Membership?

Being a Club Member offers several benefits. Not only do you receive a highly discounted rate for tanning, but you also receive discounted rates on all of your upgrades! Also, on the date of sign up, you will receive 40% off your lotion purchase!

How do I change my billing information on file with my membership?

Changing your billing information on file with your Club Membership is simple- Simply go to your nearest location and the staff will be more than happy to update your information for you!
